a bit... easy?
the first game felt very hard and you got stuck a LOT, and I liked it. many people liked it. but the second game is not like that at all, all you have to do to beat a mission is to follow along what they say, and money is never a problem either. :CindyCrying: I was thinking maybe they could change this in kindergarten 3?

The first game looked harder because you had to restart the entire run on Cindy just because you didn’t get rid of buggs (or on the teacher for not getting rid if Lily/Cindy and got to the recess) but you wouldn’t exactly get stucked because you had hints saying exactly what you had to do. In the second game, it omly tells you how to start a mission, not how to end it. But it looked easier cuz you knew what to expect. You knew what yellow text would mean and how you’d trigger it from the past game.

I somewhat agree with the money part tho, butthat’s still debatable

I agree, in the sequel you are even told what items to take because they "might come in handy later". If you read yellow text carefully you can complete each mission first try or dying max once.

Perhaps they could introduce easy/hard modes in a patch. I don't know how feasible that might be in an already released game though.
Well, considering the little franchise's success, and its very spartan graphics, I imagine Kindergarten 3 development is already well underway (and maybe 4 and 5 too, all the way to Friday). Hopefully they'll take all of this into consideration.

Also, I hate the apple system in the first game you got money when you ate an apple and all missions dint require using all the apples. but in the second game, you always know if you have missed something because the only time in all the missions the only time you need to eat an apple is when you're in study hall. Also, I hate the apple system in the first game you got money when you ate an apple and all missions dint require using all the apples. but in the second game, you always know if you have missed something because the only time in all the missions the only time you need to eat an apple is when you're in study hall.

1. You copy-pasted that for some reason

2. Actually, in the second game you didn't even have enough apples when you did specific quests like Jerome's so you had to have it all planned from the morning

I don't know if I'm misunderstanding this or something, but you always have enough apples to do the missions. Otherwise, the game would be impossible.

well yeah you do have but you're left with none after doing a quest and if you want to get a monstermon card, you have to completely fail the quest first.

Well, given that the cards are never a priority in any mission, and really more of a "side quest" to get the "secret ending", you are always going to have to go out of your way to get them. It always has worked like this in the majority of games.

in other games they don't force you to completely give up on the main quest tho. It doesn't ask you to stop doing the main quest, it just asks you to do it in between quests. In kindergarten 2, monstermon cards no longer require apples to get

The most karting example was nugget asking you to get a lighter

Firstly, you don't have to give up on the quests most of the time. They don't require apples to collect, so they can be gotten whenever you want. Not to mention, since you can now restart from different points in the day, there is no reason that it should ever cause you to give up on the quest, unlike the first game. Secondly, the game obviously doesn't have to be completed in one straight run. You can go back to several missions and get different cards from there. It doesn't even matter which mission, usually. Finally, the first game did force you to give up on missions. Good luck getting Nugget that magnifying glass otherwise.

Also, "other games"? There have been two.

I don't really understand Kindergarten 1, to be honest...

This, I liked the first one's Apple System better because it was possible to experiment, here, no, you HAVE to use EVERY SINGLE APPLE for ONE Questline

There is no mix and matching

I liked doing Nugget and Cindy's Quests at the same time in the first one in order to stab Buggs in the face and read Nugget's Love Letter at Show And Tell after he fukken dies

Why would you do Cindy's quest twice in one playthrough? And you can't complete Nugget's quest if you don't focus on finding all the nuggets... I get that you might like to experiment, but for people like me, who focus on doing one objective once, that sort of experimentation is not possible (although I do like that you can get Nugget's lunchtime nugget by stabbing the bully, then being able to leave after paying off the cafeteria lady to get both the vent and secret stash cards)
