How many ways are there to die?

I've 100% the game as far as I know, finished the story, gotten all the outfits and cards, got the secret ending, but until I die in every possible way I won't feel like I've completed the game. I wish there was a way of tracking how many different deaths you got.

I’ll list every way I know of.

During schoolyard.
1 Insist the janitor has a history of violence during tale of two janitors.
2 enter the school via the wheelchair ramp without luring out the lunch lady.
3 tell Jerome you killed his dad
4 end the schoolyard with penny’s remote on your person

During morning time
1 During opposites attract don’t distract the janitor before attempting to get penny’s doll from Cindy


During lunch
1 run into Monty without returning his elevator key during a tale of two janitors

During recess/study hall
1 talking in study hall
2 moving in study hall
3 jumping into nuggets hole before the nuggets are dropped
4 entering the hole in the nugget cave and dying to the creature
5 shaking the tree with the beehive
6 failing the swing puzzle
7 getting caught by the principle during opposites attract

During science/gym
1 Attempting to leave gym
2 failing the dodgeball puzzle during nuggets mission
3 going to science class without all the flowers during the flower mission
4 failing to kill ozzy after showing him the green flower
5 sticking a fork on the electric socket yourself
6 failing the flower feeding puzzle

You forgot a few:

during morning time
2 talking to the janitor in the bathroom after starting a tale of 2 janitors but not giving him the key (and staying in the bathroom) will get you killed


during recess:
8 the bell ringing before hiding the bodies in a tale of 2 janitors

during science:
7 monty will kill you if you fail to distract the other kids in Breaking Sad quest
8 penny will kill you in opposites attract if you didn't distract her and you're in the hall

There are many more ways, but these are the ones I can think of spot on
