is nuggets mission possible.

in order to pass the first room for nuggets mission i need to
A buy the lighter
B get the flower which requires going to the wheelchair ramp
and C having Carla smuggling in the lighter.

this cant be done on a 5 dollar budget.
am i doing something wrong?

Ok this is how you do it. You get nugget out of there using the toolbelt, then buy the lighter, talk to nugget to show him the flower, then talk to nice janiter bob when nugget is following you and he will let u in. Then show him the flower, and pay carla to smuggle the lighter.

I've overshot my apples due to asking Monty to let us use the disabled ramp instead of Bob.
