For Anyone That's Wondering How To Get The Monstermon Card Inside The Box Billy Was Hiding In

Just do the "Things That Go Boom" mission until you get to meeting Billy and Lily. Once you finish the dialogue with them, head over to the right side of Billy's box and look inside it.
