In Breaking Sad, at lunch, ignore Carla and go straight to Billy. After talking to him, he won't send you out and you can check his box. Then go speak to Carla.

The Easiest Way (I Think) Is To Follow The "Things That Go Boom" Mission Until You Get Down To Under The School, Then Check In Billy's Box After You're Done Talking To Lilly And Billy.
