I cant get the monstermon card from billys box nor the tenders one

For the tender one you need to do the nugget quest as normal. When nugget digs the hole go over to the dumpster lady and trade the nuggets for the cat and give tender to nugget.

ive done it through the final quest, them dying, and asking for hair, so im rlly not sure
they always send you off

They don't always send you off. If in Breaking Sad you talk to them at lunch before Carla (who takes up an apple), you will have an apple left. You can get the card and still speak to Carla to continue the mission.
