Cant pick up mask

Cant pick up mask at the beginning, I'm using an Oculus Rift S
any ideas anyone?

i'm using htc vive cosmos

It worked fine for me on the oculus rift s, try possibly unpairing and repairing the controllers

I am using the HTC Vive Cosmos as well... none of the controller's buttons do anything in Peter's room... I can not interact with the menu. :(

try physically going to the buttons and pressing them, literally the least immersive and most annoying design i've seen in VR

for me it worked to download it from the oculus store, which isnt really an option for you, maybe try reinstalling?
