Pax Autocratica

Quick Question Or Two For The Developers
It says on the store page that AI tools were used for the artistic vision but by final launch, all AI assets will be redone or replaced. Is that true? Just want to be sure that there will be no AI generated assets by full launch?

Also, will a little bit of democracy be acceptable?

Here is the actual official response as noted on the Steam Store page:

A few of our icons and portraits were initially made with help from AI tools, then carefully refined by our artists.

We're actively reworking or replacing all remaining AI-generated assets before launch to ensure everything reflects the team's artistic vision.

The above is true and accurate.

Democracy will be acceptable, but only in bite sized pieces.
Thank you for the answer

I have been having fun with the demo. Might make a seperate post when I have done more in it but wanted to point out that I noticed something interesting

A while back, a game came out called Outpost: Infinity Siege. A base defence and exploration shooter style game. Part of the gameplay loop was retrieving specific items you find in locations you explore like 'Comms Module' or 'Ion Battery' to help build turrets for your customizable base

These items are all over the demo structures. I wanted to ask if this is part of an asset pack the team bought? No issue with that of course but they are absolutely the exact same items

Rather humoursly, an item that is rare in one game is stacked up in a pile next to the command center's entrance or laying about in the meal hall
Citizen,
The icons and portrait have all been refined by our team already.
Regarding the assets you're talking about, you're right, those are from well known asset packs that a lot of developers use.
