Game starts with black screen
Hi, I tried playing the game. Fresh install and all I get is a black screen with music in the background. Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: Got the game to work but ONLY if it is being run in my anti virus contained mode. The normal "Drop" has some insane lag but the 64x version has no lag but I can't look around with my mouse and input doesn't seem to work. Launching it through Steam normally just shows me a black screen with a slightly faded Unreal Engine logo.

Okay I have tried verifying and everything is fine. Then I tried different resolutions, I had to start the game in contained mode to change it and then in normal and still the same. I then reinstalled the game and restarted my machine and it's still not working.

[System Specs]
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 12GB
DirectX Version: 12
Card name: Radeon RX 580 Series 8GB

Everything should be working fine. The only thing I can think of is the Unreal version of the game (Assuming it uses the latest version). I know for some reason the latest version of the editor doesn't work with my card and produces a ton of lag. I can only assume the same happens when running a game with that version.

I checked out another game called "What Never Was" and it also uses Unreal Engine and does the exact same thing. So the problem has to be Unreal Engine. I remember trying to solve this issue by reinstalling my display drivers back then and nothing worked. The only thing that worked was using an older graphics card but that kinda defeats the purpose of an upgrade.

The only thing that i can think of is to try to reupadate your drivers and afterwards reinstalling the game and restarting your system I will try to find out more about the glitch and keep you posted
