An IDLE game is not something that stops playing automatically every 30 seconds - minute.
By the most used definition of IDLE games this is not an IDLE game.
Even games such as brown dust that have automode that you can keep up for hours (without interaction) do not refer to themselves as IDLE.
The developer just didnt want to be considered auto-chess spinoff IX.
1) the word "idle" has a rather established meaning in games, so having "idle" in the name could at best be seen as confused, and at worst deceptive branding trying to get free plays off idle fans.
2) but as a spinoff of dota autochess, 'something'-chess seems like an obvious name to go for. game itself is a fair take on the autochess genre, just not very well-named.
