I can see how some folks might have issues with drive space. I get it.
I don't drive GT3 at all but these cars are taking up space... for why?
So I kinda agree with OP.
However... I'm not concerned about drive space.
I want the game to be as complete as possible, fully downloaded and up-to-date.
I want complete access to the full game, on demand.
I can see the pros and cons either way, but I like it as is.
ACC (and many other games) also force you to download all the content but you can't race in tracks you don't own.
i guess downloading all the content and then unlock/access what you paid for its easier for steam and the developers for logistics reasons?
