Essential car setup
It seems to me that a lot of people have trouble finding a good car setup in AMS2, because there are actually so many settings to change and it can be a bit tedious to do.

So it would be interesting to figure out what the main tweaks can be, which are essential to get a good setup quickly, without getting too crazy.

I'll try to make a concise list regarding a typical rear-wheel-drive GT car (the most common sports car):

Tyre/Brakes/Chassis Section
Tyre pressure
Rear with pressure equal to or slightly less than front. If car tends to oversteer, reduce rear pressure. If tires struggle to get up to temperature, reduce pressure.
Brake pressure
98-100% with ABS; 85-90% without.
Downforce
If you feel safe in driving, reduce both forward and rear by a few points. If the car oversteers, reduce the rear less.

Suspension Section
Anti-roll bar
Front at maximum value. Rear just below maximum. If the car oversteers, reduce the rear value.
Spring rate
Low values of available range. If the car oversteers, decrease the rear value slightly.
Steering lock
Medium to high values of the range. If the car feels too “nervous”, reduce the value.

Drivetrain section
Clutches
Default value is generally fine, but if you think the car slips too much while accelerating, reduce the value. Instead, if you feel confident, try to increase it.

As essential tweaks I think this is enough. Of course if anyone wants to correct or make their own list, they are welcome.

That's good, all of those are correct. For me...

Springs and roll bars for rough-tuning balance

Differential, rake and aero for fine tune

This part however is written awkwardly in my opinion. 'Reduce less' is true I guess, because you don't want to reduce rear aero at all if the car is oversteering. That gives the front end even more grip advantage and exacerbates the issue.
