Another Mutliplayer question (LFM) Do i need DLC's?

Just a hobby driver, but i would like to dabble a bit more with multiplayer and ranking. AI is great, but i need humans, they make more mistakes, giving me a higher chance to win, haha.

A few days ago i did my first online race and i'm trying to find more races, but a lot of them have DLC's... Can i filter on non DLC races? Or... i just need to buy DLC's if i want to participate in more online ranked races?

Or is it a matter of popularity? Most people like to drive a certain car or track and that's why there are more DLC races?

And any DLC advice regarding online races?
And do i need to buy track DLC's as well? I heard someone say that i can race online tracks tthat i don't own, it's just for single player that the track won't be available?

You can race on DLC tracks you don't own but you need to own the class of car being used.

There's a big sale right now. Better grab what you want. Otherwise next sales months away.

I strongly recommend against buying any DLC items separately that are innside the 2020-2022 Season Pass. You can't later then use the all-inclusive bundle discount without still having to buy either the Season pass or the Premium track pack + Premium expansion packs.

If you want DLC recommendations, then if you just want to buy 1 single DLC, buy the "Endurance Pack Pt1". It has the 4 of 6 LMDh cars and 4 of 7 GT3 Gen2 cars that are surely very popular online. It has a 50% discount right now as well.

Another option is to get the "Endurance Pack Pt2". It has 1 of 6 LMDh cars, 2 of 7 GT3 Gen2 cars and all the LMP2 class cars. In Low Fuel Motorsport races the DLC required is LMDh and/or GT3 Gen2 and/or LMP2, so the "Endurance Pack Pt2" gives you cars in all of those classes.

If you want to buy a single track pack, then I recommend "IMSA Track Pack", because that contains the 3 newest tracks that are likely very popular online currently due to their neweness.
