How to make a custom championship
With only one vehicle on the grid? On the simple race tab we have this option (Same as our car)

I don't understand why in the custom championship I wouldn't have the same choice for example, I want to do a full BMW 2000 championship but the problem is that given that it belongs to vintage class 1 it is with the Chevrolet C2 but this car has a HUGE difference in capabilities, I don't never manage to catch up with them (5 seconds difference even though I'm going hard) and it's not fair at all.

Does this option not exist yet or is it hidden somewhere please?

If I understood you correctly, you want to create a championship with special vehicles from a category.
That is not possible unless you change the category and put the special vehicle in its own.
That is possible.
Just ask YouTube.
Change AMS2 category or something similar.
There is definitely a video on how to do that.

Isn't there a identical option or something like that?

Its been months since I last played but I thought you could choose to have just the one car essentially. Maybe I am getting confused with another game?

Yes, there is no such thing, I don't know why, I'm trying to do something with the "Custom AI manager" but you can't select just one car in a class

It would be nice to have the ability to, you know, select the category, and then a new window with all the vehicles to select.

It's a shame because the custom championship is an excellent idea, but even today there are a lot of things to improve, yet what I'm asking for is a particularity present in many racing games.

And they've already done it on the personalized tests, they just have to copy this script and it's good.

I think I'll go to the forum to give them the suggestion.
