I think it's best if you ask your question on the AMS2 Mod discord, there are modders and players who can help you.

To fix, you have to manually edit the 'state.json' file in the Mods folder where your AMS 2 is installed, for me this was: G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2\Mods
Open the json file in a text editor (like notepad).
Then reset the file so it looks similar to this:
{"Install":{"Time":"2024-07-01T00:09:07.1779254Z","Mods":{}}}
Basically the list of mods in the mods object got messed up when the mod installation was interrupted.
For good measure, though I don't know if this bit is necessary, I went into the 'Enabled' folder and also the 'temp' folder (if it exists), (they are situated in the same directory as the state.json file) and manually deleted the folder in each for the offending mod (i.e. the one in the error message - in your case the Zolder one).
Then just check you have enough disk space (if that's what caused it) and reopen the AMS 2 Content Manager and retry.
I saw this bug is listed as a issue on the AMS2CM GitHub repo so I think it is known about by the dev so maybe fixed in the future.
