How does driving aid ABS, and TCS, work into car onboard settings?

it's confusing. My guess is, driving aid ABS. and TCS are for cars, which have none irl.
But what about like a GT3 car. I can set ABS in driving aids menu to high, and then to a low number in the tuning sheet. Same with TCS. Can anyone share some insight?

Yes, you can adjust the ABS and TC settings in the car setup for cars that use it, no matter how you have it set in the Driving Aids section.

So, the car's setting will override the game assist?
Because the game assist, will override the onboard setting, if you set it to off, too.
Which makes sense, if you want a no TCS rule.
