Red = PC Mode
Yellow PC Compatibility mode (for games that don't support the DD Pro)
DD non Pro,

See GT DD Pro Wheel [gtddpro.fanatec.com]
Have you selected it in the control scheme in AMS2 as a DD pro?
Is the firmware up to date?
If you have done all this I can only guess those buttons are not supported by the game.
Maybe try the Reiza Forum.
Apologies I can't be of more help.
also you may want to look into game profiles you can load in fanalab there are many people that really fine tune these and get all the RPM lights at the perfect shift point to be in the power band and what not for each car so your not guessing.
maybe people can set it up so the buttons work as well i do not know for sure but there is quite a bit of fine tuning it seems for the people that know how to do it.
i just download other peoples game profiles on fanatecs forum there are probably a few people that are sort of known for making the profiles really well if you do some research.
also the profile is something that you would load for each car on the fanalab software it has a tab on the left for each game and then will give you an option to import new game profiles that you downloaded or load them if you have already downloaded them
