Funnily enough, I picked up ACC and got the oppossite problem, that it feels like I have to smash the brake way to hard to get proper deceleration :D
But anyways, when the wheel locks, it's behavior is still a bit weird.
At least it's possible to mitigate a bit on the setups.
Really? I am locking all cars at about 30 % of pedal. It's overly sensitive.
I agree something broke after v1.3. It didn't use to be this bad since they fixed the issue in early access. Now ABS seems almost dysfunctional, you need to threshold brake constantly with GT3s to avoid lockups at high speeds (not a thing) and cars like the 190 EVO seem hopeless to even brake in a straight line. I am now reduced to pumping the brakes like I'm driving a 1960's Trabant. The FFB and audio cues for locking are almost nonexistent, too.
That's because the default setups all come with terrible endurance brake pads. You have to go in the setup and always change brake pads to 1 to have any kind of braking performance.
Solution lies in the cars damper and suspension settings, it is a car setup problem.
edit: mostly using default setups
