update on TGT 2 wheel
So still nothing from Reiza, i posted in their own forums, tweeted them, emailed, i exhausted all avenues of communication and in each way of communication i have received no reply from anyone at Reiza. The TGT 2 wheel is not recognized at all in AMS2, not as a TSPC, TSXW, custom wheel or any other wheel i have tried. The TGT 1 and 2 are not listed under their wheels under Thrustmaster (not even the new ish released T248 has been given its own option). All the buttons on my wheel can be assigned but the axis to steer left and right are not recognized. I have contacted them in a professional manner as a customer experiencing an issue and have heard nothing. Reiza has ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ customer service and even implementing something as simple as configs for popular wheels is missing. As soon as i plugged in this wheel AC, ACC, Raceroom, RF2 and iracing all auto detected it and was no issue, only AMS2 has been the problem and with Reiza staff being utter disrespectful. That is not customer service.

Did you try to assign your TGT wheel as a "custom" wheel profile, so that you can configure it up from scratch, whether or not it has a TGT assignment from the game list or not?

Perhaps: On PC, the USB selector switch on the T-GT racing wheel’s base must always be set to the OTHER position!

I have my TGT - II working, there is no profile in AMS 2 you have to select custom wheel and you`ll have to map everthing. But the d-pad won`t work in the menus like my t-300. Are your thrustmaster drivers/firmware up to date ?

Also should avoid USB hubs if using one.

Also, try USB 2 if you have, my wheel (also Thrustmaster) has problems with USB 3 ...

I wouldnt be able to use it in any other game i mentioned if it wasn't set to OTHER as the OTHER option is the only way it works on PC

yep all firmware and drivers are of the latest and most up to date. When i went to Custom Wheel it detected all buttons but not the axis for steer left and steer right. It would say something like multiple inputs detected. I ran a program called divview that detects anything else plugged into your pc that could cause conflict but i had no conflicting devices. I tried it again with everything unplugged on my pc except my wheel and pedals and still nothing.

Did you try this ?

I reduced the rotation in the driver to a little value, I believe I choose 120 degrees in the driver.
Then In game, I choose assign steering, but did no assigning but immediately left the game,
And restarted the game and, back in the game I assigned my axis.
Then I returned my steering wheel to 900 degrees in the driver
and calibrated it in the game

I will try this and see how it goes, hopefully it works! Thanks

Thank you for this suggestions, it worked! I had to put my wheel no more than 360 degrees in the thrustmaster settings and then in game it recognized my steer left and steer right, after i assigned all the buttons i went back into the thrustmaster settings and put it back to the default 900 degrees. Thanks for your help! Much better than anyone else that works are Reiza that did not care to return or reply.
