Try checking your GHUB or Logitech Gaming Software, or like Peter Stefani said, dont use GHUB, use the LGS and adjust it.
I did not have to adjust anything and my G29 with from the get go, so I have no idea of what could be happening, but in case you have Project CARS (1 or 2) installed, it is known for changing your G29 values at REGEDIT.

If your OEMName or OEMData are different from that, change to what is noted there and restart your computer (let the G29 calibrate when restart, it is "normal", I mean always, that the G29 calibrate some 3 or 4 times before opening Steam and another time after Steam starts).
The Win10 went all messy (wasn't Ghub) with USB devices and my VR headset, but I rarely restart the computer and restarting seemed to help.
