The problem with internal errors like this one is they don't give much info why it's crashing. So the responsibility is on you to figure out which mod is causing the problem by disabling them in batches until it runs ok. Zero in on them by trail-and-error / process of elimination. It takes time but that's the cost of running gobs of mods. 99% of them are fine but there's always that one that causes a trainwreck.
There is a brief mention of "Auto-rename" so you might start with disabling any auto rename mods first.
Also if you haven't already, run Verify game files in Steam to make sure nothing is corrupted.
Edit: also it looks like you're using OpenGL, you can try switching to Vulkan to see if any better.
Some possible hints to identify the mod responsible for your crash:
Size2 is almost certainly a local variable reading a size attribute of a texture from a mod the game is trying to load and that this variable must be greater than 0 (i.e. a texture must have a size, obviously). Above that we see that it has in fact tried to load three of these textures, named shadow, sun and skybox respectively, and that they are of an unsupported type (that's probably why their size2 = 0 -> crash).
So the culprit is possibly a mod that changes the sky, the sun and the shadows sunlight produces across the game world.
Other potential clues:
The assertion fail seems on the face of it to part of the NaturalTownGrowth mod, although why a mod by that name should be messing with the skybox, sun and shadows is beyond me. But you could try disabling that as a first step.
Also you've got two lua script locations here under the <steam game folder>/res/scripts folder. These scripts should be in plain text and loading them into e.g. notepad may enable you to read some clues as to which mod (or mods) is responsible for this crash. They might have comments on them indicating what mod they are from and/or who wrote them for example.
Also as Radikyle points out you might find that just switching to Vulcan fixes the texture load problem.
