Can't create Mega Map

So I tried to edited the Settings.lua file with notepad ++. Changed the experimental map size from False to True. Saved file, open TF2 to start new game, and did not see the mega map option. I went back to the lua file and it is back to False.

What am I doing wrong?

Make sure that TF2 is not running when you make those changes.
