Weird artifacts in a save

Hi, recently when i returned to this game and started a new save i noticed that after some point, when im zoomed in i get random flashing white artifacts which seem to originate from nowhere (its relative to where i point my camera), as soon as i pause or i zoom out it stops.

Could it be an mod issue, drivers issue or maybye the save got corrupted?

Would be nice if anybody knows how to help, i'll link an screenshot i got where it shows how it looks like (minus the flashing). If its needed i'll also link all of my 290 mods in the save or i'll record it when i can

For now it somehow fixed itself but i'll update if it returns to doing that

Do you have any mods that add new assets (building, bridges etc)?
I've noticed similar issues, in my case it was one of the bridges with a combination of very high mountains (generated using the Fantasia generator) that was causing this from certain angles.

yea, i've deffinetly got an mod that adds new types of bridges but i dont think i placed them before it started appearing.
It's hard to say what was making it happen as yesterday the error completly fixed itself which is weird as i didn't replace any veichles/bridges/tunnels etc.
if it returns i'll look trough it again and if i find anything on my own i will post it here
