Report a translation problem
I've tried moving mods, still getting the same issue.
I noticed a UK building mod was updated recently (I don't use it, just saw it in the Workshop updates list). If you're using that mod, and the crash is new since that update on 26 Mar, then that's a good bet so I'd start with contacting them about it.

For things like auto-generated town buildings and streets, sometimes removing the mod doesn't fix it, or just causes more crashes. Often you need to bulldoze every item from that mod first before disabling them and reloading the savegame. They can be reallyyyy messy to fix when there's a problem.

Disabling this seems to have stopped it? Time for some extended testing... ;)
