Report a translation problem
As i would like to place a tunnel rather than a bridge between Britain and Ireland.
Hell no
Once you get such a section built, extend it to much closer to each shore.
Finally, connect to the road/rail networks on each side.
You probably have to start sloping down the tracks for the tunnel long before it hits the shoreline.
Alternatively, you can build the tunnel entrance closer to the shoreline, and then loop the tunnel to build up enough depth so it can go under the sea floor. This will slow down the trains a lot though.
Same applies for road tunnels as well.
But when I look closely and zoom in quite a bit I see below the surface in the river (under water) two tunnel-portals and the tracks are vage visable. When I follow the train in camera-view it goes down the tunnel, but when undercrossing the river it comes out ouf the tunnel and seems to ride just the piece under the river, in open air, no water above and than on the other side again goes intoo the tunnel on the other side of te river.
I think this is a rather tipical little bug...
