Steam Deck Help

For those who have this running on the steam deck, any tips for control setup and overall usage (keep to small/med maps, is that a thing?)

I have tried some of the community configs, but none I really like. Now I am just getting in to the massive control options that the steam deck offers, along with the various (and immense choices) of sensitivity settings, but its a steep learning curve.

This is a game I have wanted to really try out, but its been gathering dust since I bought it. Now I have the steam deck, it seems that its a good opportunity to give it a good run!

I would stick with smaller maps and few cities indeed.

If you have a computer that can run the game, I would suggest you playing it in the PC first, if anything, I think it would be easier to learn the controls that way, and then adjusting to Steam Deck.

Thats not a bad idea. I did play it before, not for long tho. I have a pretty powerful gaming laptop so I can familiarise myself on that first.

Must admit tho, since getting the deck I have been exclusively gaming on that. I have been in awe on what that little thing can do.
