Cities Skylines and A-Train All Aboard Tourism both play with a joystick just fine, in my opinion.
They will have no access to them.
Which is fine, the game by itself is still good, even if it feels more generic and restrictive that way.
I do suppose No Costs and Sandbox might be kept as they were implemented by the developers.
It is content deficient in Vanilla.
