There is a sandbox-mod ingame.

There is no sandbox mode in the game only in the map editor

There is, you have to turn it on before you start the game

Hoi, ja ist mir leider auch aufgefallen. wollte ne karte die ich vor paar jahren gespielt habe weiter machen. alle mods sind drin außer der Sandkastenmodus. da wo man die mods mit den häckchen an und aus macht ist der Sandkastenmodus drun und aktive aber geht trotzdem nicht.

The Sandbox mod can be enabled when loading a game too (And any other mod)
