Mod Browser stuck downloading

I subbed to three mods and then restarted the game. Every time I try to play I get a message telling me my mods haven't finished downloading and I'll lose my dl progress if I continue.

I let the game sit over night and it made no progress downloading the mods. I was able to install them from Steam and they are visible in the mod browser.

When all else fails, I tend to restart the computer then restart steam. Give that a try.

Mods are generally quite small so I wouldn't worry about losing your download progress (it may even help).

I tried that, no joy.

I also have 4 mods that show up in the Advanced settings that aren't showing in the mod browser and the ones in the mod browser aren't showing up in the advanced settings.

It's working as advertised now. I validated the files, it downloaded 4 and now everything is as it should be.
