Mods not downloading

Hello everyone
I have a recent issue where I selected a bunch of mods and now it shows up top right of my loading screen saying downloading 1/23 and if I continue it says they wont be downloaded but I have waited and waited and they dont download and also stop any new mods being allowed to be downloaded to the game.
Can someone please tell me how to cancel all the mods I have sitting waiting to download? and does anyone else have this issue?

If they are from the Steam Workshop, quit the game, fully quit Steam, and then reopen Steam again.

Alternatively, with the game closed, validate the integrity of the game files.

Either option should make Steam kickstart the download of the mods recently subscribed.

Thanks for the feedback, I discovered where the mod files subscribed to and went through and unsubbed then restarted the game and voila! All working well now thanks.
