Where can I find Public transport accessibility value?

I am doing the campaign Chapter II, Mission 3, Swiss made. One objective I have now is getting the Public transport accessibility value to 800. But where can I find this value in-game?

I have seen a screenshot[www.transportfever.com] from Transport Fever 1 where you can find it in the details of, say, an industrial building.

Are these the same?

And how do I increase it and can it be found in Transport Fever 2?

Click on a town name and you will see both private and public accessibility numbers for the town.

I see public and private transport under the Destinations. The screen or help-popups nowhere mention accessibility. How should I read/interpret those values?

Woking has 4658 destinations (Commercial/Industrial) accessible by Public Transport and 746 by Private transport.

The individual building accessibility numbers from TpF1 are now only seen town-wide in TpF2 and shown as destinations. It is the exact same figure though.

Thanks Autocoach and Vimpster, you both connected the dots for me. Even town-wide the UI doesn't mention it directly but I know where to look now :)
