Quarry / Construction Material Plant Production

I have a quarry linked to a construction material plant, with trucks to one town and a train to the other. The quarry says its producing 400 and that I'm only shipping 100 - but there's no more to ship (I have a queue of trucks). The construction plant says it's producing 100 and I'm shipping 15 - but again, no more to ship and the plant has a stock of stone. The destinations aren't receiving everything they want.

Where is the slowdown in production? Can't the quarry produce enough stone quickly enough, or can't the materials plant convert it quickly enough?

Can't find any reference to how quickly the conversion is meant to happen anywhere...

If you're only shipping 15 off the materials plant, you might want to take another look at the stops that are receiving the materials. Make sure they actually have the buildings with the demand for the material in their zone of influence or add a second line that takes care of the final trip.
