Mallorca scenario - Extending the beach
I can't seem to figure out what the game wants from me here. I've extended the beach near Inca quite a bit, but it didn't do anything. I've completed the objective randomly when reloading the save, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or something else. Any ideas?

  1. Move your camera to the Inca city
  2. Find two roads that point to the sea
  3. Select the raise tool
  4. Increase brush size and strength to the max
  5. Raise the sea terrain from the two roads' beach towards the ocean (see screenshot below)

The beach area in my game doesn't look like your screenshot, nothing I do seems to satisfy the requirement.
