i cant figure this out, i make a line with a few busstops from the airport to the hotel, but the game doesnt register my stops and the counter is not starting.

Yeah I got a bit stuck . Make a line with two stops , airport and hotel . Bung the odd plane on to give the airport some pax . As soon as the bus leaves the airport stop loaded with 1 pax or more the counter will start . Put only one bus on and have it wait till full at the airport, then put a waypoint in the middle of nowhere to get the time up to 300s etc

You have to put one bus stop at the airport, one bus stop in front of the building where the ceremony will take place. Then put a waypoints grid in the city so that your bus just travel around the city like a big maze :D And it worked for me so it should for you too.

Ty i forgot about the waypoints, thought they were busstops lol

Note that if you have other convenient bus lines that already go from the airport to the downtown movie theatre you'll have to close these lines / remove all stops near the airport. Your passengers - not being dumb - will not take the crappy long loopy line if they can avoid it.

On a side note, once I was able to get a passenger on the bus (thank you SickRamen) I could stop the bus while it was en route to the hotel and the counter still kept counting up.

Its not necessary to use waypoints. Just stop the vehicle after the counter has started.
