How am I supposed to complete this bonus quest?
Delivered coal&iron = mission failed
Waiting for the bonus quest to complete the main one = mission failed

I agree it's an poorly made side quest. But deliver the Coal for Iron.. it is not the last main quest. And for the bonus quest secret meeting 3.. you need to get silly and send lots of buses from Schaffhausen, Zurich and Lucerne to the location. Till you finely get 1 person to head up there.

yeah I get a person there but that side quest always fails for me, both if i complete it after or before sending coal&iron

This thread might be a bit old, but because I just struggled with this mission and maybe someone else might also struggle, here's what is important in this mission:
- Just build/have a bus stop (and a line serving that stop) really close to the 3 buildings. As soon as someone exits there, you have passed that part of the mission.

- "bring the person to secret meeting place 3"
I got stuck there at first. It's important to know that the road you build up the mountain needs to go to the hillside of the house. That's where the connector of the house is. You will see it when you place the road there. Building the road to just below the house (like I did) is not enough.
You will know that you're good if the house gets the white indicator/background/"shadow" on the ground once you place the bus station nearby.
