russian mission - gemstones

I spent 40 million digging for gems, no luck. any idea where they are ?? also how i do i find what is North??

The last mission was on the mountain in the southeast, so that the gem should be in the mountain next to the iron ore factory.

I found it.Sorry, I found that he panned right to the mountain at the end of the last mission, and zoomed in to find the red mark.

Found it!
You have to use the filter for landusing.
Then you have to find the 3 houses without using...
