Campaign Help - Saving the Austrian; Haystack under the Eiffel Tower
Does anybody know how to place a haystack under the Eiffel Tower? I see that boxcars are able to carry haystacks, but I don't see haystacks anywhere on the map. I even tried sorting through the industry list, but nothing produces or consumes haystacks.

If I remember Ytube Raptor did a playthrough, he did place an asset ... if I may recall ...
