Error loading settings file
Whenever I try to launch the game, I get an error message saying:
[string "function data()"]:552: unexpected symbol near '='

I've looked at the settings.lua file (Located in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<userID>\1066780\local
), and the error makes me think it's at line 552, butI don't see anything. Granted, I don't really know LUA syntax, but sometimes the error is pretty obvious.

delete the settings.lua file (make a backup first, obviously). the game recreates it once you start, this will reset all your settings.

You can copy and paste the contents here and we could check what is wrong.

As noted above, is good to make a backup, I would do that before I fiddled with the game or mod's files.

don't use any auto graphics setting optimiser like geforce experience at default.

Well, I did as the first comment said, and it fixed it, I don't get the error now when I launch the game.

Out of curiosity, I checked the file again to see if anything changed. Now the file doesn't have any more than 230 lines, and the game is running perfectly fine.

I'm assuming it's no problem, it's just an interesting observation.
