I subscribed to some mods for the game but the system won't download itself.

Today is November 18th. But the mods folder is still stuck on November 16th.

If the mods do not show up in the mod selection screen, and you do not see them in the mod folder, try doing the following:

- Check if you indeed subscribed to the mods.
- Fully exit Steam. Do not just close the application as it runs in the background.
- Restart Steam.
- Verify the integrity of the game files.

- If this does not work, fully close Steam again.
- Unsubscribe the problem mods.
- Restart Steam.
- Try subscribing to a few mods again.

Occasionally the Workshop will have a fit and things may not work as expected. I've noticed that one of the mods I'd subscribed to earlier in the day hadn't downloaded, and then subsequently got stuck in a download loop. Came back a few hours later and it downloaded fine. Try again and see if it works now - and if it doesn't, try Tsubame's suggestions.

Hey,
I was downloading some mods for the game, and it is now that mods go via the game itself. Not totally via steam. But all of the 21 mods i'm downloading aren't. It keeps getting stuck on one mod of the 21. I've also checked to see if the mod is just enourmous. But it is only 3 Mb. Ive tried restarting the game, steam and Unsubbing and resubbing to the mods, but nothing seems to work

I have the same problem and it's not resolved.

Hi, since it involves the new in-game Mod Browser feature added by the latest game update, I recommend contacting the official support:
https://www.transportfever2.com/support/help-desk/
(blue Support button at bottom right)

None of us here have found a solution to mod sync issues, other than trying game restarts, refresh/logout/login on the Mod Browser, or mashing unsub/resub on mods..., none of which should be needed.

Hi, I had the same problem as you, I tried to close steam etc. and it still didn't work. except when I went to the downloads page, on the bottom of the main page and I saw that "transport fever 2" had problems with an update, so I restarted the current installation and it downloaded all the missing mods

This was a very rapid and immediate fix. Thank you.
