Boat only half loading problem

My line is only shipping one good from one station to another in both ways.

(300+ planks) . . (65 planks + 65 free) . . . (65 mecanics + 65 free) . . (300+ Mecanics)

Each station have 300+ goods stored, but my boat only load half of it and go.

I tried setting up the line to take only one good each station for 100% fill but it keeps running with 65/130 and I would rather not force it to wait for 100% fill but leave if no cargo available.

I do not understand what is the problem !

On the stations where the boat is supposed to load cargo, set the line to "full load".

Yes I found a way out, I just put it to full load and max waiting time inferior to line frequency. Works perfect.
Devs should should refactorise a bit the boat mechanics, not clear why it bugs that way.
