Any way to tilt and rotate the view using the mouse?
I might have known this long ago, but for the life of me I can't remember.

In another game I have got used to using both mouse keys together to rotate and tilt the view, which I find ergonomically very easy. In this game, with my current settings, I am having to use the Q and E keys for rotate, and the R and F keys for tilt.

Is there a better way using the mouse?

Controls
Many features of the game can be controlled by mouse only or assisted by keyboard inputs. There is a wide range of hot keys available for various purposes, for example to change the game speed or to open a certain menu or overlay. For a complete list, refer to the tables containing the default mapping below.

Camera
The camera can be controlled both by mouse input or keys. The default controls with the keyboard are:

  • W A S D keys to move the camera in direction of the upper, left, lower and right edge of screen/window
  • Q and E keys to rotate the camera clockwise and counter clockwise
  • R and F keys to tilt the camera angle up and down
  • X and Y/Z keys to zoom the camera in and out

The camera controls with the mouse are:
  • Hold right mouse button to drag the camera up, left, down or right
  • Move the mouse cursor to the edge of the screen to move the camera up, left, down or right (only when edge-scrolling is active)
  • Hold mouse wheel (middle mouse key) to rotate and tilt the camera
  • Roll mouse wheel to zoom the camera in and outFor screenshots and video sequences, an advanced camera tool is available.

It DID work for me on my Logitech wireless mouse... until the middle of playing the game this morning, when it suddenly stopped working, although every other mouse function worked fine.

Turned out to be the battery, or at least replacing it fixed the problem.
