Industry no longer registers any demand

So I had quite the profitable distribution network set up until several industries stopped production due to lack of registered demand despite having distribution set and running. I have tried replacing the industry, lines, vehicles, setting the load parameters to load if available and 10s wait time to try to make sure that the demand doesn't drop off. I am at a complete loss as what to do, the industry will go from registering demand to not in a mater of seconds, it will also just completely ignore the city right next to it but pick up one across the map

This may be an issue with a road connection having been removed , maybe by town growth

Like I said had a functioning network, Nothing has changed, industry just loses connection for no apparent reason. All towns are connected, all lines have less than a minute frequency and are keeping up with demand and oddly enough the industries that do work are extremely bottle necked at the supply, the only part of the production chain having an issue is the final product stage. I have not added any new mods to the save, I have literally changed nothing. I am at a complete loss as what to do I have tried a new game start, same problem have demand, then it drops out until the industry reaches level one production again then will start back up rarely only after I force it to level up to the max (no other level seems to make it register) the industry then will register demand from towns and start working but it never registers full demand it only will "see" about 1/3 at most.

I will post a list of current mods I am running, they are primarily train station and road mods, maybe its a mod conflict (although the save was working fine for several days) . I am also just starting a new save with nothing but included mods, I will also try one purely base game, I will try to keep updating as to the status of my testing, but any addition help is always welcome.

Alright how do I go about doing that, I'm Guessing its just a simple copy and paste of the save file from my main game file on my computer but I just want to be sure

In the load game menu you should have an option to share the game file I believe.

So I noticed your Kobe Construction Materials Plant is not connected to your station. So no construction materials are being made and no stone is being shipped to it. You just have to click on the station to see that the industry does not highlight. You can often get tendril connections on most sides of an industry at some point, so if you need to you can connect to it from a closer side rather than the side the road is currently connected to it.

I also noticed you are supplying an oil refinery with 7 different oil wells. And another refinery with 2 of the same wells. This isn't necessarily a problem so long as you realise that they are all shipping a small amount because it is splitting the 400 crude oil demand that an oil refinery has between 7 crude oil wells. A single well can supply all 400 crude oil that the oil refinery demands while it remains at level 1. At level 2 it will demand 800 crude oil, so 2 oil wells to one refinery.

So I realized that I Had one line that for some reason was not set to transport fuel, fixed that, honestly didnt realize that the construction plant wasn't hooked up because the stone quarries started to produce, I figured there was something I messed up soewhere, I also set up a goods line just recently on the same save that I think just has too long of a wait, so nothing is rregistering, I will try to split the line up a little more, I know I try to over complicate things quite often and am often looking to make a line go out of the way sometimes just to try to make extra profit so I probably miss a lot of simple stuff like that connection.
