Farm will not produce wheat
I'm trying to setup a production line to get wheat from a farm to a food plant and then to a city. The farm will not produce anything for my trucks to pick up and trying to find an answer on Google isn't helping. My truck station is in range of the farm, I have vehicles that can haul the wheat, I have a line set up to the food production plant, and yet still nothing. I have lines running to make fuel, brick, steel, and more, but the wheat just refuses to work for some reason.

Share the save via the workshop and someone can check it out. There are several possible problems

99.9% of the time I run into this it is because I haven't properly primed the downstream demand.

Cargo Connections

To transport cargo, start by setting up a simple cargo chain.

For example, transport grain and livestock to a food factory and from there transport food to the commercial zone of a town, that requires food.
Cargo chains have to be complete in order to work properly.
See industry for more information on cargo chains and where cargo has to be delivered too.

That is true for Transport Fever 1. Not Transport Fever 2. There is no livestock in TpF2 and chains do not need to be complete in order to work.

How do you know what the catchment area is?

Buildings within the catchment area are highlighted when placing/clicking on a station.

This did end up being my issue. Despite my depot being on the back edge of the food production place, it was not connected for some reason. Once I replaced it on another side of the building it started working.
I have this same issue and I make sure my truck depot is within the catchment area of the farm. The first seems to work. If I set up a run of wheat to a food processor, it works. If I try to set up a second run to another farm, not only does that farm not produce, it stops my original farm from producing. Nothing at all. Is there something simple I am missing here?

To clarify, you are trying 2 farms to 1 food processing plant, but the second farm stops all production?
If that is the case, are you doing it all on 1 line or 2 separate lines?

The only way it could possibly cause all production from both farms is if the connection to the factory had been broken. So either on the farm end or the factory end the catchment is no longer valid, or you have changed the vehicles to something that is incorrect or a filter setting has been made/changed that has broken it. Depending on how exactly you had your connection to the industry it is possible to accidentally sever the connection while making modifications to the station.
