select cargo?
in the first game you could select a cargo so for example first 3 wagons pickup iron and the other 3 pickup coal, that feature seems to be removed? can someone confirm? or is there a different way?

There is a different way . In the line manager for a certain stop you can set the % of each possible product picked up there using the filter option (with reference to vehicle capacity)

You can now only select a % of a vehicles capacity is available for loading with a given cargo type, rather than doing it per wagon. It's easier if you want to do say 50/50 loading but potentially more fiddly if you wanted a more mixed load.

when i try that on my train line it only shows load and unload, not the level part.

On the main opening screen bottom right is the build number , should be 27600 . If not you need to download an update or two though I note you don't have the mouse icon indicating you have the game via steam.

Check this, the % slider was added in the first patch, if you're still running the release day version of the game you'll need to update first.

For some reason partial cargo load doesn't work well.
Take a look on my case: https://ibb.co/MPT8nKz
There is enough cargo on station, however 6 wagons are empty when train leaves the station!

Why it could happen? TF2 build is 27600.

I have the 27600 build and I'm also have a problem with cargo line management. I have coal->ore->steel. I have the line set to load 50% coal at the coal depot, then 50% ore at the ore depot then unload everything at the steel depot. Before I did the line management I just created a line from coal->ore->steel and the wagon would fill with coal then stop at ore and obviously do nothing then drop off coal at the steel depot. Now with the line management cargo levels, it picks up nothing at any station.

Try un-checking "Unload" for all the cargo at that stop, it might be getting confused because you're telling it to load and unload the same cargo at one stop.

At stops where I pick up less than 100%, I always set the load behavior to "Full Load - Any". With the pickup set to 50% the game will properly interpret a "full" load to be 50%. Sometimes it's not necessary but sometimes it is. A screen shot like the one egor.minko posted would help too.

Does this work for unloading as well? Would be nice, for planks that need to go for tools and machines, to unload 1/2 the planks at the each place...

Nope.
