Bigger towns
Is there any way to make the initial size of the towns bigger? Apparently, the town can only grow to about 500% of the initial population.

Load your save game with the sandbox mode activated in the mods. Click the city name and edit the figures underneath Population, Commercial and Industry. The max is 800 the min is 50. Then save. Load the save game with the sandbox mode unticked. The city will grow VERY quickly. If you maxed to 800 the city will become big and dense BUT the road will be gridlocked very fast so you need to have plenty of money to set up efficient travel networks.

I have been experimenting with this a lot. If you want a real challenge do this at the start. Horse and buggy gridlocks are an amazing sight :steamfacepalm::steamhappy:

I also create my own maps and place down overlapping towns this gives you a nice big urban sprawl from the start. I rename the additional towns as boroughs or districts of the main central town. Also means each can have different goods so you can effectively have more than two required in one catchment area.

Lol I can't believe I didn't see that! :steamfacepalm: Here I was ruffling through all the config files trying to fathom the coding etc. Thanks for the quick reply! :) PS Looking forward to the gridlocked buggies lol
