Having tram track in the middle of the avenue instead of both side?

Similar to the layout in Hong Kong. I tried to build two parallel one-way road with a two-way tram track street in the middle but it is land consuming and ugly.

It‘s a shame.
Trams are completely forgotten in this game.
No blinking lights when turning, no traffic lights, no independent tracks, no trams in the middle.

For a workaround you can use Road Toolbox build 3-strip lanes then convert the middle street into tram lanes
