Report a translation problem
It's difficult to give exact layouts because it depends on the directions everything is coming from, but if you can add entrances and assign the terminals so that different lines use different entrances and exits, you'll see a lot less queuing.
Also don't forget, you're not limited to a single station to handle a given industry building. Building another cargo station the other side of the industry to handle deliveries coming from that direction works too as that gives you another entrance/exit. That helps to keep the different lines separate so that they don't queue after each other and hold each other up.

As was indicated above, you don't need to have all your traffic going through a single station.
install your road connection on the left and right side not up/down (only a a second road connection on the other side of a new one after adding the platforms), this way they don't have to drive a cycle in the station, only driveing through like in the above post.
You mentioned that the farms are too close for trains to be worth it, so it's also likely that you've just got far too many trucks. A farm will produce a maximum of 200 grain/year, so you should aim for your lines to have a rate of 200/year. Try it with just 2 or 3 trucks for each farm, you can always adjust it from there.
