How to upgrade docks?
New player here, hi. Is there some way to upgrade docks from small to large? In my case have a small dock that I'm trying to upgrade to accept large ships. I build large pier, large landing and even another dock building (cargo in this case) but just get the message "no path for big ships".

I tried to fool around in sandbox but no avail, is it possible to have small harbor and then expand it with larger piers?

Nope, no "upgrade". Bulldoze the small dock and replace with a large one.
(I never mess with small ones in the first place.)

Okay, thanks. I guess small dock was wrong place to save money.

to the OP , small dock with large landing and dock attached will allow large ships to access the large landing .
