Mod to add more levels of headquarters?

Is there a mod to make more levels of headquarters? Or nicer buildings?
I have max level (before the futuristic looking building) and I feel the need to decorate it, because it doesn't look that nice. Houses and industries are so detailed but the headquarter barely have a garden. There are flower pots but they have sand on it. The main decoration of the garden is a rock. The fountain doesn't work and it exhibits more planes and ships, not even mention trains in the decor. The building itself looks great, with nice details, but only using decor already available in the game I could create an amazing garden.

Nobody created mods or re-designed the art of headquarter level?

Also, I understand the devs wanted to make low level headquarter look trash, so you would want to upgrade and improve your company but they went way too far with level 1. Its worst than a
junk yard. If you can afford 1 truck or 1 train I'm pretty sure you can afford at least an office with 1 room.
