Ships Refusing to Transport Whisky and Distillery wont transport said Whisky to the docks on Mission 3
When I click on the Port Ellen Distillery, the Shipment Bar starts Flashing and the number is at 0. Meaning that no Whisky is getting from the Distillery to the Docks in which the Ships wont transport Whiskey from Port Ellen to Glasgow City.

is there a transport route from dock to consumers.

Yes but there is a pretty small road and even if I put a truck system there, the trucks (And the Ships) still want to transport Steel. Its like the Distillery wont ship the Whisky to the docks and in turn the ships wont transport the Whisky to Glasgow City.

You need a truck line in Glasgow to bring the whisky from the dock to the consuming buildings in the city. The shopkeepers won't go down to the Glasgow dock to pick up their whisky, you need to transport it up to the shops so they can sell it.
Similar to real life, the industry owner isn't going to load their goods to your transport if all you're going to do with it is leave it lying around on a dockside somewhere. They're going to want to get it sold so they can get paid.

Yeh you need to connect the whole route. I like to build routes in reverse, to overcome this problem. ie start at the end and work backwards to the start.

Tarazed your missing the point, the Distillery is on the island of Port Ellen and the only way for it to get to the City is by Sea. The problem is that the Distillery wont send the Whisky to the docks so the Cargo Ships can take it to the Port at Glasgow City even if I put a Truck Line on that tiny road on the island of Port Ellen. I already have a Truck Line to take the Whiskey from the port to the pub but the trucks have no Whiskey to transport and instead start carrying Rocks.

I think i had the same problem, i built the line and no barrel would ever leave the port with the distillery. The problem was that my port in Glasgow was'nt actually connected to the city streets, (the terrain is very steep around the harbor). I had to manually rearrange the streets to connect it and the line strated to work... check out if everything is actually connected and it should solve it, otherwise, i have no other clue for your problem :D

YES! you absolute gentleman you. this was my exact problem. i have been banging my head off of the wall for two days trying to figure out why they would not ship.

The Port Ellen Distillery does not always produce whiskey. Even though I have everything connected, it got to 6/25, then the island stopped delivering. Ouch.

You're a life saver, I had to google this same thing five years later because I couldn't figure it out
So, it didn't work until I started a truck on the truck route to the bar in Glasgow. EVERYTHING has to be connected before it will send the whiskey to the dock.
